By accessing or using the RONB ("Record of Nepal and Beyond") mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

RONB provides a comprehensive platform for Nepal that includes, but is not limited to:

News feed and content aggregation.
Daily personalized briefings.

Nepali (Bikram Sambat) calendar with events.
Blood donation coordination.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. You may register using Google Sign-In or email and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or to RONB.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and submit through our Services, including stories, blood donation requests, content submissions, and job applications. By posting content, you grant RONB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation.
Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against any individual or group.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice. Content submissions may be subject to review before publication.

5. Job Portal

5.1 Job Listings

RONB serves as a platform connecting job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the legitimacy of employers, or the outcome of any application. Job listings are provided by third-party companies and employers.

5.2 Applications

When you apply for a job, your application information (including your name, contact details, CV, and cover letter) will be shared with the posting company. You are responsible for the accuracy of your application materials.

6. Blood Donation

The blood donation feature connects donors with recipients. RONB is not a medical service and does not guarantee the availability, compatibility, or safety of blood donations. Users should consult qualified medical professionals for all health-related decisions.

7. Advertisements and Sponsored Content

Our Services may display advertisements and sponsored content, including story ads and banner advertisements. Advertisements are clearly marked as "Sponsored." We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of products or services advertised by third parties. Clicking on advertisements may direct you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content), are owned by RONB and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RONB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RONB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
